The Teachers' Pension Scheme is governed by The Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997 as amended from time to time. The provisions of the Scheme are summarised in a Teachers' Guide, which is available to all members via their employer, and periodically updated. If there is any difference between the Teachers' Guide or the information on this site and the applicable legislation, the legislation will apply.
