Teachers' Pensions always confirm receipt of emails by issuing an automatic acknowledgement message to the originating email address. This occurs immediately following receipt of the email. If you do not receive an acknowledgement you should check your Junk Mail items and also update any spam filters that monitor your email so that tpmail@teacherspensions.co.uk is recognised as a 'friendly sender'. If you are concerned that we may not have received your communication you are advised to re-submit your query
