How to enable JavaScript in your browser

The secure web site (My Pension Online) and some other parts of the TP web site require JavaScript to be enabled for the site to work fully.

If your browser does not support JavaScript, you can upgrade to a newer browser, such as Internet Explorer 6/7 or Mozilla Firefox. If you have disabled JavaScript, you must re-enable JavaScript to use some parts of the site.

To enable JavaScript:

Using Internet Explorer 6/7

  • On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  • Click the Security tab.
  • Make sure the Internet Zone is highlighted and click on the Custom Level button.
  • Scroll to the entry near the bottom of the list which says Scripting.
  • Then under Active scripting, click Enable.
  • Click OK twice to close the panels.
  • Now reload the page which needs Javascript.

Mozilla Firefox

  • On the Tools menu, click Options.
  • Click Content.
  • Select the Enable JavaScript check box.
  • Click OK.
  • Now reload the page which needs Javascript.

Safari on MACOSX

  • On the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  • Click Security.
  • Check both Enable Java and Enable JavaScript check boxes.
  • Close window.
  • Now reload the page which needs Javascript.
