TP Online Application Forms
Please choose the appropriate option to get an application form for your type of educational establishment. The forms can be printed or downloaded.
There are several versions of Internet Explorer available to users of the Teachers Pensions and TP Online websites.
INTERNET EXPLORER 4
Digital certificates do not work on this version of Internet Explorer and users must upgrade to a higher version.
INTERNET EXPLORER 5
Some users have experienced problems with IE5 and SP1.
We recommend that users download SP2 onto their PC.
INTERNET EXPLORER 6
Users who have this version of IE are required to add the TPonline website address to their system.
To add the website address, go to -
Tools | Internet Options | Privacy tab
Click on the button at the bottom of the window under Web Sites ('Edit' or 'Sites')
In the 'Address of website' box add the following -
https://www.tponline.co.uk/capitatp/TPOlogin.asp
Click on Allow
This will drop into the 'Managed Web Sites' box as tponline.co.uk
Close Internet Explorer
Guidelines on checking settings and configuring Internet Explorer are emailed to each user of the TP Online site along with the latest installation and renewal instructions.
INTERNET EXPLORER 7
TP Online should work successfully using IE7.
USERS ARE REQUESTED TO CHECK THESE PROCEDURES BEFORE ENROLLING FOR A DIGITAL CERTIFICATE
MICROSOFT WINDOWS
Microsoft no longer support Windows 95 and 98 and therefore the PC must not be using Windows 95 or Windows 98.
Your IT dept will need to upgrade the PC to either Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
