Customer Service

It would be helpful if you could supply the following information when you contact us:

  • your teacher’s reference number (such as RP99/99999);
  • your full name;
  • your date of birth; and
  • your National Insurance number.

This information will help us to identify your record and to deal with your enquiry quickly.

There is a full range of leaflets which give more detailed information on the scheme. Leaflets are available in the Forms and Leaflets section of the website. You may find it helpful to read a leaflet before you ask us for information. Alternatively, you may wish to Email us using the Enquiry Form.

Opening times: On normal working days we are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Visiting us: If you consider that it would be useful to visit Teachers’ Pensions to discuss your case please ring the Contact Centre to arrange an appointment.  This will ensure that we have any appropriate information available ready to discuss with you at your appointment.
