What data is required?

MDC data must be supplied for all employees that you determine are eligible to be a member of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.

This would include:

Full-time and part-time eligible employees that have a permanent contract of employment, casual contracts of employment or temporary contracts of employment
All eligible employees that are paying contributions into the Scheme
All eligible employees that aren’t paying contributions into the Scheme (Opted-Out, etc).
