With something as important as administering pensions – where you need to meet legal obligations as well as the service expectations of your teachers – getting it right is a must. One of the best ways of doing that is to update your existing skills and knowledge with regular training.
We offer a variety of free training opportunities including full day seminars and webinars If you’re new to the Scheme or have any specific questions about any part of administering the Teachers’ Pensions Scheme you can contact our Employer Support Team who’ll be able to guide you through the process. Find out more about them here.
We have our full list of seminars and webinars available in an online calendar. If an event you are looking for is not listed in the sections below please use this new tool:

Free Seminars – regional, flexible and practical. Whether you’re working in HR or Payroll, you’ll have access to free training seminars in your region.
You can book a full day seminar to suit your availability, refreshments and lunch will be provided.
Our webinars are free virtual training seminars that you can take part in using your phone and computer. As such, they’re convenient because you can access training from anywhere you can get on the internet. So it could be your desk at work, or your kitchen table at home.
Our webinars typically last between 30-45 minutes. First off, you'll receive an emailed invitation containing all you need to access the webinar. Once you join the session online it will feel as if you're attending a face-to-face seminar. Each webinar will be presented by an ERM, with an accompanying freephone conference call audio facility.
