Employers should be aware that in accordance with the Pensions Regulator’s Code of Practice 14, Teachers’ Pensions are to shortly begin considering reporting any employer who has not paid their arrears invoice after 90 days from the date of the invoice.

Arrears invoices represent contributions due to the Scheme and as such are reportable to the Regulator. Please note that this will exclude any invoices where the employer has formally advised us of their intention to dispute the arrears.
