We’d like to advise that the Monthly Service Return, TR28 Missing Service and Annual Service Return templates, which were updated with a variety of improvements and enhancements, have been revised.  The versions you should now be using are:

• Annual Service Return (Version 6)
• Monthly Service Return (Version 6)
• TR28 Missing Service (Version 6

The changes to the version 6 forms include:-

• New validation for the forenames, initials and surname fields to ensure only alpha characters are entered
• Forenames and surnames must be greater than 1 character
• MDC Template - validation within the postcode field – this must be a valid UK format.
