As you’re aware, not all of our active members have a My Pension Online account. This makes it challenging for us to communicate with them. We currently have 567,492 members with an account and this figure rises every month.

We mentioned in our February bulletin that we have developed a new monthly report to advise employers of those members who currently do not have a My Pension Online account, which would be automatically generated and issued to you via the Employer Portal.

You’ll be issued with an email to alert you that the report is available to download and we’re providing you with a link to an email template, which can be circulated to the members listed in the report to encourage them to register.

This report has been through a pilot stage over the last few months with a group of employers, with the intention to make it live to all employers in the next few months.
