We explained in a previous Bulletin that the‎ member benefit changes are on hold until the outcome of the Government’s legal challenge in the McCloud case is settled. Unfortunately, the Supreme Court has not yet made a decision on whether the Government can appeal the decision of the Court of Appeal. Therefore, the changes to member benefits remain paused.
