Updated employer helpline options

Please be aware that we’ve recently updated and improved the employer helpline welcome options to direct your calls to the appropriate team. When you call you’ll now be presented with the following options:-

  • Option 1 - Monthly Data Collection and Service Queries
  • Option 2 – Monthly Contributions and End of Year Certificate
  • Option 3 - Registering on the Employer Portal or a password re-set
  • Option 4 – TP Online, the Barred list database or digital certificates
  • Option 5 – All other enquiries
