MDC Monthly Missing Service Checklist

In August 2020, we identified issues with the MDC monthly missing service checklist routine and while we looked into these issues, you didn’t receive your usual file through the Employer Portal.

The issues have now been fixed and from Monday 14 December 2020, you’ll again start receiving your MDC monthly missing service checklist file for service missing from your November 2020 submissions.

Please ensure that you review the file and provide the appropriate corrections.

As you haven’t received a file since August 2020, you may notice that you’ve service missing for some members going back to previous months.

If so, please provide the missing service in the submission where possible.
