Identification of arrears

Those who continue to submit service and salary via MDC and identify any arrears for a prior year, must contact us (This link opens in a new window). This is to advise of any contribution gaps. Any arrears for a prior year shouldn’t be included in the monthly contribution's submission.

Payment of Arrears Invoices

Please note, payment of arrears invoices should be paid to the account details on the invoice and not the monthly contributions bank account. Please quote Capita Pensions Solutions re Teachers’ Pensions as the account name.

EOYCs

The deadline for non-LA submissions, 30 September, has passed and therefore any outstanding submissions should be forwarded as soon as possible.

Ratio queries

We’ve noticed an increase in ratio responses stating the reason is due to Added Pension/Buyout Elections. Any additional election contributions should be entered in the relevant box on the breakdown form and not included in the member’s tiered contributions entries. Election contributions shouldn't be the reason for a ratio query.
