By now, you should be progressing well with this year’s EOYC audit. The deadlines for returns are the last working day of September for non-LA employers, and the last working day of November for Local Authorities only.

There are several of you who have previous years’ returns outstanding. We’re in the process of contacting those employers, if not already, to ensure that all audits are brought up to date.

This is a mandatory process for all employers and is integral to providing the Secretary of State assurance that the correct level of contributions has been received. Please work with our team to ensure audits are up to date. If you have any EOYC queries, please contact us.

For those of you where circumstances change mid-year, i.e. leaving the Scheme, academies becoming part of a MAT etc., you’re still required to submit a part year audited EOYC. You should contact our team to advise of any changes in circumstances so we can assist you with the process.
