Because of this, our next online forum will focus on the New Starter process. This refers to when you have new colleagues who join you, or you’re a new starter yourself administering the Scheme. You may think about your experiences when you first started working on the Scheme or when you’ve worked with someone who’s new and what would have helped you/them.
