When you submit an audited EOYC, the total amount of contributions you’ve sent to us, in the tax year you’re submitting for, needs to match.

Some employers will have a discrepancy between the amount you’ve paid to us, and what you should’ve paid to us. At present, we have a number of Employers who pay the difference (the underpayment) along with their monthly contributions payment, resulting in unallocated contributions payments. This then means the EOYC underpayment also remains unpaid in these instances.

To resolve this oversight, please send us your EOYC underpayments separately, so we can allocate the money appropriately.
