As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding employer and member data, we’re encouraging all employers to use the most secure form of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) when accessing the Employer Portal.

In 2022, when we launched MFA for both members and employers, we explained the reasons behind this change and some of the benefits. These include:

• Enhance security
• Better use experience
• Extended Employer Portal usage time.

To benefit from the enhanced security introduced by MFA, please utilise MFA either via SMS or the App, rather than your e-mail address. By using the App or SMS, this prevents further security implications should an e-mail address be compromised.
