In 2025 we launched our Employer Forum to help you support us in the administration of the Scheme. We’ll share ideas and gather feedback from those of you who participated in 2026.

We understand pensions can be complicated but with our forum, your comments will help us to improve the level of service we provide and ensure we’re engaging relevantly with you whilst also simplifying our processes where possible.

Employer toolkit
Our Employer Toolkit continues to grow thanks to your valuable feedback. In 2025, we added a new Family Leave section, with resources to support you and information to share with members. The page also includes an example of how to record family leave correctly.

Relatives and Advisers Hub
Last year we also introduced an addition to our website, the Relatives and Advisers Hub (This link opens in a new window). The hub provides clear guidance for pension beneficiaries, including what a relative may need to do in the event of a member’s death or following a divorce. While these can be difficult topics, it’s important that members share this information with their family.

The hub also includes useful resources and links for financial advisers, helping them access the information needed to support their clients. Members can share the page with their adviser ahead of an appointment.
