Transition to TCS

From summer 2026, Teachers’ Pensions will have a new administrator, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), along with a new Employer Portal.

TCS will be contacting all employers and payroll providers via email in the coming weeks, with instructions on how to register on the new portal, in preparation for the transition. 
Registration provides an opportunity to check and confirm all primary contact details are up-to-date and is essential to ensure all portal users have a unique log in, and have Multi Factor Authentication enabled before service transition.

Please keep an eye out for these emails from TCS and take the appropriate action as soon as possible. We’re all working together to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible and request your help in making this a success too.

Registering for the new Portal will in no way affect your current Employer Portal log in and password, they’ll remain the same.
