Resetting My Pension Online accounts

We want to ensure all members can register and access their My Pension Online (MPO) account without issues. However, some older or legacy email providers are no longer supported by our system. This means they can’t be used to reset MPO accounts if members are locked out.

If an email address is from any of the providers listed below, members won’t be able to reset their account:

  • NTL
  • Virgin / Virgin Media
  • Tiscali
  • TalkTalk
  • Blue Yonder.

If members use one of these email providers, please encourage them to contact us so we can help them update their details and get them logged in.

This will ensure they can access their account securely and receive important updates from us.
