The new administrator, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), will be launching a new Employer Portal when the service transitions later this year. You’ll soon be able to register for the new portal in five easy steps:

1. Look out for your registration invite in the next few weeks. This will come from info@teacherscorp.co.uk
2. Follow the registration instructions. You’ll need your LA number and establishment number to do this. If you’re the primary contact for multiple establishments, you only need to do this for one of your establishments. When you log into the Portal, all the establishments you’re tagged to will be visible in the ‘Establishment Name’ drop down menu on your dashboard
3. You’ll need to enter your first name, last name and email. This will be matched with the primary contact details we hold for the establishment 
4. TCS will then send a one-time verification code to your registered email address which you’ll need to enter, then you’ll be asked to confirm your details are correct
5. You’re now registered and will receive a temporary password and PIN to log into the Portal to set up Multi Factor Authentication, manage your contacts and view any other establishments that you’re also the primary contact for.

Please don’t share the registration invite. TCS are asking only primary contacts to register. Once they have access, they’ll be able to add users and log in invites will be sent out. We’re working together to agree a suitable transition date and will communicate this as soon as possible. In the meantime, you should continue to use your current Employer Portal in the usual way. Your existing login and password remain the same.
