In April, the new administrator, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), launched the new Employer Portal for employers to register, ready for when the service transitions later this year.

You will need to be registered on this portal to continue carrying out your administrative Scheme responsibilities. 

TCS will be sending registration invites out to Primary Contacts over the next month. The email will invite you to:

• Register for the new portal 
• Log in and set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Update your establishments’ contact details – there are five mandatory contacts you’ll need to update.

The registration email will come from info@teacherscorp.co.uk. Please add this to your trusted senders.

Please, also check your junk/spam folders for the registration invite and email verification code. (you’ll need this to complete the process). If you are a Primary Contact and have not received a registration invite by the end of May, contact TCS on employerquery@teacherscorp.com

In the next few months, TCS will be offering training sessions to go through the new portal functionality and the processes. Please keep an eye out on our website for information on this and how to book onto a session.
