Administration for the Teachers’ Pension Scheme will change on 1 November 2026 from Capita to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). As a payroll provider, you’ll need to be given access to the Portal by the establishments you manage. 

Your role as a payroll provider

Once an establishment has registered, they’ll provide access to you as their payroll provider. The Primary Contact will then receive a temporary pin and password to log in and set up access for them and their teams. 

If you’re currently a payroll provider and haven’t received access to the Portal for the establishments you manage, please contact them and ask them to ensure they’ve registered and then granted you access. They can do this through the ‘Manage Contacts’ function on the Portal.

Without this access, you’ll not be able to log into the Portal following transition.
