We offer plenty of different training options to help you administer the Scheme successfully. These include:

Webinar training

We cover several different topics ranging from Administering the Scheme to the Employer Portal. These sessions are designed to help you gain more knowledge and give you the chance to ask questions to our excellent training team. Take a look at our employer webinar schedule and register onto as many webinars as you’d like to help you with your responsibilities.

MCR and MDC Surgeries 

Our next surgery, on 23 September, is aimed at those of you who need additional support with your monthly submissions. You’ve the opportunity to submit any questions or queries in advance about MCR and MDC, allowing our expert trainers to then build bespoke responses and examples to talk through on the day. Register onto our next surgery today.

Employer drop-in

Our drop-in sessions are open to all employers and are a great way to hear the latest news and updates directly from us, ask any questions about the Scheme and network with others. Learn more about calculating contributions at our next session on 29 September.

TCS training on the new Employer Portal

TCS are also hosting multiple training sessions in the coming weeks covering:

• Managing members – including member print, reports and initiating applications
• Member tasks – including retirement and opting out elections
• Monthly Contributions – covering monthly contribution methods such as MDC and MCR
• Registration Recap – how to register and setting up your contacts. Each one-hour session will provide a walk-through lasting around 45 minutes, with an opportunity to then ask questions.
