Temporary pause of services in the lead up to transition on 1 November 2026

As previously advised, administration for the Teachers’ Pension Scheme will change on 1 November 2026 from Capita to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Protecting personal information is our priority. We need to securely transfer over two million member records and 15,000 employer records to the new administrator and ensure they remain accurate and secure. This means some of our services will be temporarily unavailable from 22 October until 2 November. This is necessary to enable the safe extraction, transfer and testing of member and employer data between the current and new administration systems.

During this period, you won’t be able to:

• Access our website www.teacherspensions.co.uk
• Access your Employer Portal account
• Contact us by phone or email
• Provide your monthly submissions
• Participate in our training programme.

Members of the Scheme won’t be able to:

• Access our website www.teacherspensions.co.uk
• Access My Pension Online
• Contact us by phone, secure webchat or social media
• Submit or track applications online.
