From 2 November, you'll be able to get in touch with us through the normal channels that you're used to. The website address and contact telephone numbers will remain the same, however we’ll have a new postal address:

We just ask in those initial few days post transfer, to only contact us with urgent queries. This includes issues such as access to the Portal, help with registration, urgent MDC / MCR queries or an urgent member retirement, bereavement or ill-health query. This will help us to make sure everybody is logged on and to prioritise key cases.
