MDC MCR submissions pre and post transfer

To help you understand how you need to submit your MDC and MCR submissions, we’ve created a handy table to help:

You'll not be able to submit any MDC or MCR files between 22 October and 1 November 2026 due to the temporary pause of services.

Any outstanding historical file submission errors should be corrected as part of your September submission. All September file submission errors must be reviewed, corrected and processed no later than 22 October 2026.

Any outstanding errors after that date will transfer to the new administrator. If you’re already registered on the new Portal, and have set up your mandatory contacts, you can upload a test contributions file.
