New Portal registration update

Thank you to the many thousands of establishments that’ve now registered for the new Employer Portal ahead of the transition. Based on your feedback, TCS have extended the last date to register to Friday 16 October. Registration will then re-open on 2 November. While the call back option is no longer available with TCS, the registration phone line and email address will remain open until Friday 16 October. From 2 November, you should contact Teachers’ Pensions via phone, secure message or the new live chat function on our website for your registration queries. 

If you've sent an email to employerquery@teacherscorp.com, be assured that TCS are logging each message and working through them as quickly as possible. They’re prioritising queries relating to Primary Contacts to ensure as many employers as possible are registered and can log in. TCS appreciate your patience and apologise for the delay in responding to some queries. 

Tips

• If you don’t think you’ve received a registration invite, please first check your inbox including your junk/spam folder. Registration emails started being sent in May 2026, so you may have received one earlier. Registration invites are being sent from info@teacherscorp.co.uk
• Only the Primary Contact will receive a registration email. If they registered and haven’t given you access, please request they do as soon as possible
• Check your junk/spam for any pin/password emails. These are being sent from noreply@teacherscorp.co.uk
• Ensure the below emails are included in your safe sender list

  • info@teacherscorp.co.uk
  • noreply@teacherscorp.co.uk 
  • (please note the .com /.co.uk difference)

Please don’t contact the current Employer Support team with your queries on registering for the new TCS Employer Portal as unfortunately they won’t be able to support you.
