Payroll provider access to the new Employer Portal

If you use a payroll provider, please ensure that they’re visible in ‘Manage Contacts’ as the ‘Payroll Contact’ on the new Employer Portal. This will be the organisation name only. The payroll provider’s Primary Contact will set up their users. You need to set their portal access to ‘YES’. If your payroll provider’s missing, please contact TCS at employerquery@teacherscorp.com, or if it’s an individual not an organisation, add them as a Monthly Contributions Contact. 

To help set up your payroll provider, please read TCS' Registration guide (PDF, 1 MB)(pages 20-24). Until you give your payroll provider access, they won’t be able to submit anything on your behalf following the transition.
