Supporting members

We've been communicating with members about the change in administrator, the temporary pause in services, what to expect and to reassure them that the Scheme itself hasn’t changed. 

During the pause in service, they won’t be able to:

• Access our website or My Pension Online
• Contact us by phone, secure webchat or social media
• Submit or track applications online.

If a member experiences an urgent life event while services are unavailable, such as a bereavement, serious ill-health, or serious financial hardship, they should contact us via urgent@teacherscorp.com. Enquiries that don't relate to the above won’t be reviewed, responded to or actioned through this mailbox.
