Temporary change to our contact centre opening times

Our member contact centre will be unavailable from 11.00am to 2:30pm on the following dates:

• Monday 5 October
• Tuesday 6 October
• Wednesday 7 October
• Monday 12 October
• Tuesday 13 October
• Wednesday 14 October.

This is while staff complete essential training for our transition to the new administrator. 

During these times, members can find information and access online services, including My Pension Online, via our website.
