Change of bank details - process change

Following an update to our processes if you’d like to make a change to your bank details, please log in to your My Pension Online (MPO) account. We’re now unable to accept changes to your bank details via phone, secure message or the web chat/WhatsApp service.

If you don’t currently have an MPO account, please register today at www.teacherspensions.co.uk/register. If you have any issues accessing your account, please write to us.
