How to change your bank details

We want to remind you that if you’d like to make a change to your bank or address details, you’ll need to do this via My Pension Online (MPO). Due to security reasons we’re unable to accept changes to your details via phone, email, secure message or the web chat/WhatsApp service.

If you don’t currently have an MPO account, please register today. 

If you have any issues accessing your account, you can write to us to change your details.
