You can still send us a message on My Pension Online and use the “Can we help?” icon on the right-hand side of our website outside these hours.

From 2 January, our opening hours will return to normal. This is Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm for contacting us by phone and 8:30am – 4:20pm for secure chat.
