We’re processing these as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, several factors, some of which are beyond our control, are influencing the timeline. These include technical dependencies, regulatory requirements, and coordination with external partners. As a result, we’re currently unable to confirm specific completion dates.

For example, members may fall into different categories, such as protected, unprotected, or tapered, each requiring complex calculations across the final salary and career average schemes. Tapered members in particular need benefit comparisons under both schemes, which adds significant complexity. 

Individual circumstances also play a role. Factors such as Early Retirement, breaks in service, overtime, Phased Retirement, transfers and pension sharing orders all influence how benefits are calculated. This means that each RSS must be tailored to the members’ specific history and scheme rules.
