If you’re looking to increase your pension, we’ve a range of different ways for you to do this.

One way is through Faster Accrual. This allows you to pay higher contributions for a particular Scheme year to increase your pension amount. If you wish to make an election, you need to have your application in to us by 31 March 2026 (make sure you leave enough time for your employer to complete their part). Each Faster Accrual election lasts a year so it’s important to remember to renew it each year.
