CETV Processing Update

We want to update members on the current position with Cash Equivalent Transfer Value (CETV) requests. Affected members have been contacted directly with more information.

If you haven’t returned your RSS choice

If we’ve not yet received your Remediable Service Statement (RSS) choice.

We can still progress your CETV but providing this helps us process it more quickly.

Please return your RSS choice as soon as possible. We’ll contact you if we need anything further.

The administration of the Scheme will move from Capita to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) this summer. We’re working closely with TCS to ensure their teams are fully prepared to continue processing CETVs once they take over.

No action is needed from you. We’ll update you as soon as your CETV is ready.

If you’re submitting a new CETV request
