As part of the move to our new administrator, the way Benefit Statements are provided will change.

Your 2025/26 Benefit Statement won’t be available in its current format after the transfer.

You’ll still be able to generate a Benefit Statement on demand, and all future year-end statements will be available through the new member portal.

To ensure you’ve everything you need for your personal records and peace of mind, we recommend downloading copies of your previous Statements, including your 2025/26 Statement, before the transition.

If you’re affected by Transitional Protection, it’s only possible to view your current Statement. You’ll not be able to view or download previous Statements. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
