Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests

While we’ll consider all Freedom of Information requests in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, certain information may be exempt from disclosure. This includes contractual performance information where disclosure would be likely to prejudice commercial interests or reveal commercially sensitive information. Where an exemption applies, we’ll explain this in our response and provide any information that can be disclosed.

We routinely publish information of public interest on our website where appropriate, including governance documents such as Teachers’ Pensions Scheme Pension Board (TPSPB) minutes. 

We suggest you check the website if you’re considering submitting an FOI request, as the information you’re seeking may already be available.
