Each year we need to send out Dependent declaration forms to certain beneficiaries. This is because if the member who passed away had no pensionable employment on or after 1 January 2007 a dependant’s pension will stop if you remarry, enter a civil partnership or cohabit.

We send the form out to check if there are any updates to your personal circumstances that we need to be updated about.
