We’ve been working alongside our Employer Support team to provide further information for independent schools that are new to the Scheme.

This information now has a permanent spot on our website, which should help you understand your roles and responsibilities in the Scheme and what an independent school needs to do to become an accepted school.

It includes information on the bond that’s required, how to register for the Employer Portal, on-boarding to MCR, paying contributions and other responsibilities, including a link to a checklist that informs you of key deadlines throughout the year.
