New transfer and retirement factors

New factors have been provided by the Government Actuaries Department (GAD) for transfers and early and late retirement.

The factors for transfers are effective from 30 June 2023 and the retirement factors will be effective from 1 October 2023.

Currently other factors remain the same but are subject to an ongoing review by GAD.
