Employer Secure Messaging - form submissions reminder

We’d like to remind you that if you need to submit a form for a member, they should still be uploaded through the ‘Upload a File’ section on the Employer Portal and not attached to a secure message.

If attached to a secure message they’ll go through the incorrect channels within our teams, causing delays. However, if they’re submitted via the ‘Upload a File’ section, they should be actioned within the same day.
