MCR role identifiers

If you’re using Monthly Contributions Reconciliation (MCR), the role identifiers remain with the contract of employment and shouldn’t be changed during a back dated pay award, as this may affect a member’s elections, as well as their opt in/out status. Role identifiers will only change if a member is in receipt of a new contract of roles and responsibilities.
