General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

GDPR is the new European Union (EU) regulation governing collection, storing and processing of personal data across the EU. It comes into force from 25 May 2018 and will change how organisations process and handle data with the key aim of giving greater protection and rights to individuals.

We process date on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE) who is the Data Controller under GDPR. We store, hold and manage your personal data on their behalf in line with statutory requirements to enable us to provide you with pension administration services.
