The administration of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, is carried out by Teachers’ Pensions, Capita Pension Solutions, on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE). For the purposes of data protection legislation, the DfE is the data controller for the data processed for the administration of the Scheme. Teachers’ Pensions store, hold and manage your personal data on DfE’s behalf in line with statutory requirements to enable us to provide you with pension administration services.
