The Department for Education are inviting comments on a further set of amending regulations in respect of the reformed Teachers Pension Scheme. These cover three purely technical amendments and are needed to ensure the arrangements work in line with previous consultations on the regulations involved. They do not change the arrangements already consulted on for the reformed Scheme.

The changes are based around:-

a) Deferred member’s account
b) Making a buy-out election
c) Ill health benefits
