Ill-Health retirement applications

Any ill-health applications received on or after 1 April 2015, where the member has been out of pensionable service (e.g. not receiving at least half pay or not in receipt of statutory family leave pay) for more than two years must be signed off by you as employers.  Similarly, where a member remains in an employee / employer relationship, employers are also required to sign the form.
