As you’ll know our challenge at Teachers’ Pensions is to encourage more members to sign up to My Pension Online, to ensure that:-

• We can communicate directly with them
• They can manage their pension more effectively.

Here are a few things which we’re doing to help this initiative:-

Our Call Centre will soon be able to sign members up to My Pension Online over the phone. This will still adhere to security procedures but will allow members instant access to an online account.

We’re working with employers to encourage members to sign up for an account by providing them with an email template for them to circulate to their employees. If you would be interested in being involved, please email engagement@teacherspensions.co.uk.

Our toolkit campaign was circulated last week, which provides you with a series of resources to encourage members to sign up, including, emails templates, intranet content and more.
