Some interesting facts regarding the usage of our Employer Support and Contact Centre Teams:

  • Our members’ helpline is currently a team of 35, who assist members with their pension enquires.
  • On average the team receive on average 37,000 - 40,000 calls per month
  • The Employer Support is currently a team of 11
  • Employer Support received on average 3,500 – 4,000   per month
  • We’ve recently increased our staffing levels to help improve response times for customers as we realise that queue times are longer than we’d like.
